"Man, thank you all from the bottom of my heart. We recently lost our sweet girl Bailey a couple weeks ago from tragic sudden heart failure. My wife rushed her here and they did all they could but unfortunately this tragic accident happened so fast there wasn't much anyone could have done. Anyways, they were so kind and caring to let us have the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet baby girl. "Amazing experience. I had to rush in my 10 month old puppy for an emergency and we were quite nervous. But everyone from the receptionist and vet tech to Dr Higgins were all lovely. We came in with no appointment at 7pm and were seen immediately. They were so kind to us and gentle with our puppy. Happy to answer all our questions, and very thorough with their exam/diagnosis. We were out of there in no time with medicine and a plan of action and peace of mind. So happy to know this is close by and would absolutely recommend"

"Dr. Sullivan is absolutely wonderful. I requested an appointment for my dog Max on Friday December 29th and within two minutes of hitting submit, someone contacted me and was able to schedule an appointment for Max for the following day, Saturday December 30th. Max was seen by Dr. Sullivan and the treatment he received was excellent. The front desk staff was also wonderful, a nice young lady (I can't recall her name) was super helpful and friendly. Within a couple of days, I believe someone named Tyler (I could be wrong), called to check up on Max and see how he was doing, which I thought was very attentive and caring. Within 4 days we got the results from Max's appointment, unfortunately it was bad news but at least we knew what we were up against now. Within 2 days of the results, my Maxie was put to rest. I got answers to my dog's issues in less than a week when his regular vet took over a month to give me the wrong diagnosis. I highly recommend Arrowhead Animal Hospital and Dr. Sullivan to anyone who has any pet."
