"Love Dr. Feldman and his heart and knowledge for dogs. He is insightful and his desire to help you and your pet is obvious. I’d highly recommend any pet parent who seeks guidance for their pet to make an appointment with him. Sammi, who takes care of scheduling and all manner of the process is wonderful too."
"If you have a crisis or need to speak to vet, they won’t call you. Communication is only web based and they will have client relations answer. Group does not meet my expectations. We have been seeing Dr Stacy Jones for over a year. Not very supportive."
"This place… they took so much time and care while meeting with us, no one treated me condescendingly and they were so open to discuss ALL my options without judgment. My whole life has changed in 6mos and that included having a backyard to having to go for walks every day twice a day and bathroom visits outside I tried to rehome him because I thought that would be best for him to be with a family that had more time and more space but they sent him back to me within a week totally traumatized he’s a border collie and they pushed him in situations that he was not ready for and when he came back to me, he hid behind me when anyone new would be close. I started working with a behavioral trainer. She is very good and very intelligent but I don’t think she really had time for us. My dog needed anti-anxiety medicine, and it has proven to be much appreciated by Fozzy and me. He doesn’t howl when he hears neighbor dogs I can leave him at home all night when I work, and he’s not as anxious when he hears sounds in the hallway. My very first visit blew me away at how compassionate they were at the VBC they have the lobby, quiet and open. Nobody reaches out to touch your dog. No one excites the dog they know what to do . Word to the wise if you relinquish to a rescue, make sure that they understand what kind of breed your dog is because border collies don’t act like labradors they don’t act like golden retrievers they act like a working dog herding breed, and they need to be praised and have a job. TVBC knew this and after watching Fozzy with me in our hour long or more session, they could tell how much he loved me and they told me that they felt that I did an excellent job with him and I really needed that after all the guilt and sadness of The rehoming incident. I will continue with them, and I am looking forward to my dog and I developing more confidence so that hopefully he can hang out with the other doggies or at least walk past without me losing an arm If only I were a pet psychic, but I definitely can tell when he’s anxious and doesn’t like a situation he doesn’t bite he air nips that is not biting. That is a warning to say please don’t do what you’re doing anymore, he’s not aggressive he’s scared and I know TVBC will be our answer."
"I have been seeing Dr. Fagan for close to three years now for my dog Pancho. Pancho became fear reactive after some traumatic events, and managing his behavior was extremely challenging. Dr. Fagan was able to prescribe the right medication to allow him to relax enough to learn that the world isn't such a terrifying place. Now, he's able to tolerate vet visits without being muzzled and is much, much happier! I can't recommend Dr. Fagan and her team highly enough. I literally don't know what we would have done without them. Well worth the investment in time and money."
"We worked with Dr. Fagan on some sudden onset anxiety and panic attacks for my adult dog, previously happy and relaxed. We still don't know the cause, but with some thoughtful medication and training, he's been panic free and back to his normal self. Dr. Fagan and her staff were super easy to work with, very organized and super knowledgeable. We never felt like a number, and this was all during covid video calls, so extra points for being able to make that diagnosis and connection remotely."
