"Under construction. Enter through the back doors into the conference area and check in at the "card table". Makeshift continental breakfast will be served in the same room next to the copy machine. 1 working elevator. Lots of plywood and holes in walls and ceilings. Follow the hand written paper signs for further instruction. Fortunately, rooms have been repainted and recarpeted so expect to pay full price. Pricing reflects average price for mid range hotels in the area. Although other hotels are not in the middle of renovation."

"When I came in, they were doing a partial renovation. Wifi was total lost after 8PM. The bed side panel, table and lamp was broken, the coffee cups have stains all over the top area! Yuck!! Yet they charged full regular charges. The front desk lady couldn't do anything about it.. ( or chose not to)"

"Visited 2/23. I had an event over the weekend all day Saturday. No notification was sent that the building was under construction. The entrance was closed and you came around the back. WiFi and keys not working so you had to be escorted to your room every time. The rooms were fine but the building smelled of construction materials, equipment was all over and they were also hosting a bunch of college teams. Construction was noisy and I knew we weren’t going to get any rest. The staff was awesome and helpful, it just wasn’t ideal to stay here while it’s under construction. We were using Hyatt points and thankfully we were able to move to the downtown location. It shouldn’t be open to the public while it’s under construction in my opinion"

"My husband and I always stay at a Hyatt anywhere we go. We know that we will always have a clean room no matter where we go. We came in and Robert checked us in. He was wondering!!! He told us some good places to eat he was very friendly. He went out of his way to find me a fan. I had forgotten my travel fan. Robert if you see this you’re amazing. Thank you for being so kind."
