"I showed up at 10:20, knowing that Sally’s opens at 10. The door was unlocked but when I walked in I was told customers were not welcome until 11 because they were doing inventory. I politely walked out and came back at 11. The door was locked and another customer was also waiting. Two associates were inside and saw us but did not address us for at least 3 minutes. They finally yelled through the door that the store isn’t open yet. I said, you just told me come back at 11, 40 minutes ago. She told me now it’s 11:30. Meanwhile, my client has been waiting at my shop for his 10:30 appointment. It was a last minute appointment and I only agreed to fit him in because I thought I could count on Sally’s being open at 10. I come to this location often and have never had an issue, but this is very unprofessional. As a professional of 7 years I’m very unhappy with this experience today."

"Ordered for 2 hour delievery and paid a tip since no store close by had my products in stock. Received 1 ounce package, rather than 1 pound of product in my delievery. Store has ZERO remedy for this other than for me to waste my gas driving to this distant stor to correct. They REFUSE to refund or replace product unless I drive miles, wasting my gas after already paying a tip to have the WRONG product delivered. No manager to help. WORST STORE, don't waste your time and money! They steal from you! ***online customer service was able to refund my missing product***"

"Since dying my own hair, I’ve visited Sally’s at this location at least 3 times a month, and the customer service is fantastic! Both Kass and Lindsey have consistently been kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I usually only go to this location, because of the service. Thanks y’all!"

"Please update your hours online to reflect that you are closed- the door is literally boarded up with plywood. It takes 2 minutes or less to update and prevent your customers from finding you online, noting you state you are open, only to then find you closed after they take the time to drive over."
