Before I could even finish explaining what the problem was and what I needed; he told me he understood the problem, he knew the two parts I needed and had them in stock. I went to pick them up and they were at the front desk waiting for me. Amazing!! The fact that I would write a review speaks volumes, because I would not normally take the time out to do so! "I can't express how grateful I am with Michelle! I'm having my kitchen remodeled and the sink I had bought from IKEA ended up not working. I needed a sink as soon as possible, as our sink was already taken out for the remodel and everywhere I went, it would take a few weeks to have my sink shipped to me, as they don't keep a lot of sinks in stock. I called Dahl Plumbing and Michelle was not only extremely nice and knowledgeable, she spent so much time finding me a sink and had it delivered the next morning!!! This is some of the BEST customer service I've ever had. I work in a customer related field and I was incredibly impressed with this company. Thank you for going above and beyond for me!!!!"
