"This unit is so noisy. Runs for 2 minutes every hour. Everyone in my kitchen comments, “what’s that noise.’ It’s horrible. The company did replace the defective unit but I am out the cost to replace it. So to get a functional unit I’m out an additional $160. What a bargain. A credit to purchase more from this company is not satisfactory. The customer service rep did reply quickly but the outcome is still disappointing."

"We absolutely love our 4N1 faucet and tank system! The faucet itself is a beautiful piece added to our kitchen with a multipurpose function that fits all our family needs! We love our ground coffee with instant hot water feature on one side and with a tap, the clean filtered water on the other! As parents we are always sanitizing our bottles, toys, etc. ever day with our 198 degree instant hot water. Under the sink, it is a very small tank taking up little room leaving lots of space.
