"I have a five month old puppy who needed his nails trimmed so I decided to take him here. When I went there they said it wouldn’t take awhile for them to trim his nails, about three minutes in my puppy was all done. I asked how much would it cost me for the service, she said it was on the house. I was very surprised because it was our first time, so I thought that was very nice of them, but once I got in my car I wanted to check my Pups nail and there I saw that he was bleeding from 2 toes. They trimmed his nails too short and was bleeding. And then I knew the reason why they said it was on the house, because they trimmed them too short and caused it to bleed. I am very upset because they didn’t notify me that he was bleeding and also that they didn’t do anything about it."
