"Reisa, Joel and Alexa have been fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to learn from and work with. My wife and I have been amateur Aquarist for years with Koi ponds and Freshwater aquariums. We were cycling another aquarium for Cychlids and went to Keepin It Reef, best decision we have made in years. In the end Reisa asked if we really wanted Cychlids, because our desire and discussion was really better suited for a change to Saltwater. Reisa and Joel patiently walked us through the pros and cons and that afternoon we had drained our aquarium and we were cycling Saltwater. We visited several times for free water checks and to pick their brains as we "patiently " waited for the tank to cycle. Well today is my wife's birthday and we visited again with hopes that our tank had cycled to a point where it was safe to introduce the first fish.
