"Was looking for a pet store because I am TIRED of finding out the dog food brand I get from petco/petsmart have tons of lawsuits out due to pets getting sick. Not to mention the good food breaks the bank!! Riley's has affordable prices, the best customer service I have EVER seen in a small business. When I first stopped by, they gave me SOOO MANY samples for my pup to try and pick between foods for her. We also have two cats and i got JUST AS MANY samples for them to try out the food as well. Needless to say, with that many samples, we definitely were able to find something that fit our needs. By the way when I actually purchased they brought it out to my car for me?! SO Sweet. I'm telling you, the SERVICE is amazing! Since then, I have never looked back. You can order your food to be delivered as well!! the same exact convenience and availability as the big names, but the BEST service and attention from a small business owner. But wait there's more. I had an emergency trip out of town and noticed my dog food was running low. I called in to order and they offered to deliver SAME DAY by NOON!!! That is insane. What other place can give you that kind of service and attention?? Did I mention the delivery fee was less than a dollar?! I love this place so much. Riley's has my business for life, so long as I live here I won't shop anywhere else. The care they put into their customer attention is unmatched. If I could put 6 stars I would!!!"

He has a lot of health problems and it's hard to find something for him Michelle the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. It's very clear that she truly cares about the animals in your family.
