Picked up my dog and shaved all the way and threatened to call some dog service that could call animal control and the said put a sweater on him and don’t take him outside for long periods. Like really you made a mistake and then you say that. It’s freezing outside. My dog is a Minnie golde doodle and is so loved . It’s winter like seriously. No i said I know he has a few mats and that only to cut under him which I said around his private area and chest and face trim and your employee said I will make sure to tell the groomer. Groomer even said I’m sorry we should have called you no one called me to notify me at all. So don’t say he was matted or try to make it look like it wasn’t your fault. The groomer kept apologizing because no one called. My dog is my everything and you don’t do what was asked or even attempt to call ."
