Went on a Sunday morning before it opened where a lot of inpatient people were groaning about it not being open despite it not being 10 yet, but they still opened for us. My cat was sick and I wanted to get him new food asap, so being able to get the supplies even 5 minutes earlier meant a lot to me."

"I saw a sign in the window for self serve dog baths. I walked in to see how much and if I needed an appointment. Staff was friendly and said it was first come first served and they were available. It was a great setup, towels and soap provided. My dog is so soft and clean!"

"the groom itself was nice, my dog looked wonderful afterwards, but had to get emergency surgery for his anal glands within 48 hours of his appointment bc they don't do it properly. He didn't have a preexisting issue beforehand either so it was definitely on them. I'll just find a DIY wash station and do it myself then go to the vet for his glands in the future."
