"Food was ok. The server kept on removing plates before we were done or because we had not ordered an appetizer. We ordered entrees but they don’t give you bread with it. Extra charge for three slices of mediocre French bread. The server was in a real hurry to fill her table with bigger spenders I guess. The place was not busy. Lots of open tables. The prices were higher than expected even for a Snowmass resort restaurant. Definitely look for something better."
"Called in for takeout. Average pizza, but way above average price. Also ordered a cesear salad to go with the pizza. Got home and opened the salad box to find 6 leafs of lettuce, some sprinkled shredded cheese, 3 croutons and a small container of dressing (see picture). I called, couldn’t get through to the restaurant, so finally left a message requesting a callback, which I never received. Felt very much taken advantage of regarding a ‘not inexpensive ’ take out order. As a part time resident of Snowmass, I can say there are way better pizza restaurant options than this."
"I was told that this place has the best pizza in Snowmass. Sadly not true. The veggie pizza was bland, almost flavorless, and served barely lukewarm. The crust had promise as it was well browned, but ended up being disappointing. Elk Camp has better pizza to be honest. My friend ordered the Ricotta appetizer which was nice, but the amount of bread and credit was inadequate for the amount of cheese dip. He also had the pesto which he said was OK. Very disappointed as I had higher expectations based on folks' recommendations and reviews. The service was not very good either. Polite, but clearly not ordering alcohol with lunch suggested that we did not want water refills, nor did the dishes warrant parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes until we asked for them twice. Skip. (Usually has a long line too - third attempt to get in!)"
"This place was close to our condo and it sounded delicious! We came on "Wine Wednesday" do half price wine by the glass or bottle. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, but VERY expensive. Just be prepared to drop a pretty penny. It was delicious though!"
"I came in here for a late lunch early dinner, after a day of shredding. It was overall an awesome experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the ambience was very pleasant. The food was dynamite and the wine divine. Definitely worth checking out if your in Snowmass village."
