"My husband and my son and I came in today for them to get very basic hair cuts. I gave the lady who cut my sons hair a picture of exactly what I wanted I was informed that no one in shop could do simple line work but she could do the hair cut I wanted. She took off entirely way to much hair and it looks like my toddler did the hair cut it's so uneven and sloppy. My husband's hair cut is alos patchy and uneven. When I'm paying $80+ for two basic hair cuts I expect that they don't look as if a child did them. I informed the lady checking us out how horrible of a job they did on my son and husband's hair and she did nothing not even an apology. If you'd like a haircut that looks like a child did it I'd recommend this place."

"I normally don't ever leave reviews but today was one of those days where nothing goes right all day long. I drove all the way down from lake George (hour and a half drive) to the south store and walked in thr doors at 6pm with 2 hair stylist and only one finishing a cut the lady asked if I checked in online, I told her it wouldn't let me because it was full for online check in and the wait was was over a half hour. But only one person was on the checkin list. I called the Austin bluffs store to ask if they can deny service an hour before close when both stylists were just sitting there talking and no customers. Alyssa answered and apologized for their actions and told me if I would like to come to her store (Austin bluffs and academy) that she would wait for me even if it was alil after close. I made it there 7 on the dot and when I walked in she greeted with a genuine smile and was more than happy to cut my hair. She took her time and cut it perfect. She surprised me at the end and didn't charge me for the cut. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. THANK YOU ALYSSA!!!!! I really appreciate you and I hope your managers value and appreciate you as much as I do! Thanks again!"

"Edit: 01/24: The woman who butchered my hair no longer works at this location. The customer service here is the best. When they found out what happened, they made it right. Can't ask for a better outcome. I've been getting my hair cut here for years and Brandi always does a great job. But Brandi is recovering from surgery so I gave Kitty a try. Boy was that a mistake! Kitty doesn't listen and that's a big problem. I wanted my usual high and tight flat top before I started a new job but Kitty "didn't hear me." Literally, the first word out of my mouth when she asked how I wanted my cut was FLAT. What I ended up with was a stupid looking buzz cut. Sure, hair grows back. But when mine finally grows out enough to fix, I WONT BE GOING BACK TO SPORT CLIPS! You may, or may not want to stay away from Sport Clips, but if you want a decent haircut, STAY AWAY FROM KITTY"

"The stylist was too rough. Even gf got jealous and asked why i had marks around my neck. Edit: 1 day has passed and my neck is still sore, the stylist's name was either Brittney or br-something. Idk if she had something against me since i have an accent or if she just wanted to cut corners to have as many clients as possible, but complete disregard for anyone's well being. Still surprised i was charged $30 for such a bad job. P.S: based on Col Springs service quality, its more cost effective to get your own machine and live with patches, than having to pay someone $25+ every couple of months for this type of experience"

"This is a great Sports Clips location. The website wasn’t working so my son and I showed up without an appointment, it was close to the shop closing time. The staff provided an amazing haircut before they closed, even without an appointment. My stylist Samantha did an excellent job, she gave an amazing haircut and was extremely courteous. I highly recommend this Sports Clips location."
