"I rarely (if ever) take the time to write reviews but I feel like this one is well deserved. Ironically it all started with a.... we'll call it "bad haircut" a couple days ago at this location. Some people might leave a negative review but the reality is the person cutting my hair was really nice so I assumed it wasn't anything intentional. Hey, everyone has an off day here and there so I just chalked it up to that. Hair grows back..no big deal. When I came back in a day or two later after my wife let me know what had happened to the back of my head, the manager immediately made things right and let me know how sorry she was (even though it obviously wasnt her fault). Without going into the details I'll just say that it goes a long way with me if you can just do right by your customers especially if they didn't get what they had originally paid for. This location will continue to receive my business because the manager clearly knows how to take care of her customers. Her, and the stylist who fixed me up today, turned a not so great experience into a 5 star review."

"After years it was really difficult finding my son a place to get his hair done. But we found this place. The first four haircuts he got were great. But this last time the girl didn't seem to know what a pompadour was, she didn't give him the haircut he wanted, and obviously since she didn't know what a pomp was she conned my son into getting a haircut like me. But that's not what he wanted. And he doesn't look good with the haircut he got. It seems like you got a new employee from all of these reviews and she doesn't really understand hairstyles. I will continue going to sports clips but I won't go to this location because I just can't take the risk that they will mangle my son's hair again. Like I said the first four times his hair was perfect it was great I just guess I got the wrong girl"
