"Very pleased with the service at this US Bank branch location. I was able to open some business checking accounts, get a document notarized, and make my weekly transactions, all with great customer service and minimal time spent waiting in line. When the bankers at the counter are busy, another employee always steps out of their office to help. My only 'complaint' is the mobile deposit limit of $500 on new business checking accounts. Not many transactions are under that amount thus making mobile deposit irrelevant for me until that deposit limit increases."

"This is not necessarily for this branch specifically but it also is. US Bank has had so many fraudulent charges on my accounts. I have gotten numerous new credit card numbers cause of the rampant fraud. This last time I received a call from a sketchy person from their fraud department who ended up being legit (confirmed with US Bank number on card that the emails, and text verifications were from US Bank). While I was on the line with him they allowed someone to access my bank login, change the password, username, phone number, and made two Zelle payments... ALL WHILE I WAS ON THE LINE FOR FRAUD! I closed those accounts after three hours on the phone trying to deal with this. They finally told me I had to go into a bank branch to open a new account as my account was now frozen because of their inability to secure it. What makes me even more mad is that there were zero notifications sent to me until the fraud department changed the password on the account. If your smart you will not open an account here and will withdrawal all of your money before someone else does."
"Used the drive thru. Not a fan of the service fee for cashing checks written on their bank by their acct holders. It like punishing there members for using their services. Isn't that what their there for. I doubt they can't verify their members accts. Or can't recognise a check written by their members. Or don't know it its good or won't clear. Its another just another way to get a little more out of everyone. It doesn't cost them any more to process you business than it did before. They and the insurance businesses are businesses that you have to interact with. There services should not and do not have to exploit you or impose penalties for their use of your money. They didn't need the bailout. We did.. They aren't hurting for cash. Think about it . Complain. I will say their employees are very nicely dressed and polite. Thats all. Educate yourselves. Wanna get really know the truth, look up FIAT TENDER VS REAL TENDER and how banks are created solely on debt. Then make your own decisions. You do have the power to change things. Never stop learning. Knowledge is power. The internet is often wrong. Use you own mind, make your own decisions. Your freedom is already being jeopardised, compromised."
"I’ve been a US Bank customer for 20 years. Sometimes it’s been a rocky road but in general I’m a satisfied customer. I found myself needing a business banking account quickly this week and found it difficult to find a branch that would open an account for me with short notice. In fact, I had made an appointment and while driving to that appointment I received a call that they were cancelling my appointment due to staff shortages. Fortunately, Katie and the Briargate branch stepped up and said I could open an account at their branch. So I drove an half-hour to that branch and Katie (the branch manager) was terrific. She facilitated the process of getting the account setup quickly. Efficient, knowledgeable and providing great customer service, Katie is well-suited to her position as Branch Manager. Thank you Katie for your exceptional service and for handling my situation so professionally."
