"I typically come here and have a great experience. The workers are very friendly and do a great job. However, my last trip was the worst haircut I have ever received. The lady was very friendly, however, she must have been in a rush, because she has worked there a few years, and I can’t imagine that this is her normal quality of work. Only needed a trim on sides/back and an inch off of the top. In some cases that happened, however, I had to continuously ask her to cut areas that she had missed. When I returned home my wife realized that the neckline was crooked by about 3/4”… no exaggeration! I went back and they cleaned that up after a 10 minute wait. its been about a week since the cut and I regularly notice that there are areas of my hair that didn’t get cut, while others got the requested 1 inch off the top. Super disappointed!"

"The first photo is what's left of my son's hair. The, second photo is of him and how his hair was prior to getting his hair cut here. We, asked for a trim up top( not for all of his hair to be chopped off) and for the sides to be cut with a 2 or a 1. This, is a complete mess."
