"THEY’RE NOT ACCESSIBLE by PHONE, ONLY VOICE ACCESS which DOESN’T ADDRESS UR ISSUES. This time I was NOT PROVIDED with written or verbal info on WHY I rc’d only 16 tabs of my med instead of the 90 day supply. I discovered it when I got home. Had to drive from Fountain to North Circle to get an answer to my question. This is NOT the FIRST time I’ve had issues with them with regards to medications. I’ve contacted my insurance company but was told this is who they use. MAKE SURE that U CHECK UR MEDS BEFORE LEAVING THEIR ESTABLISHMENT. If I could give them LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD."

"I’ve been disappointed with the professionalism of the pharmacist. I usually have to come in every time I need a prescription refilled because of a hold or that I don’t have insurance. If a prescription is out, I have to come back in to check and it’s there! Probably the worst point about there professionalism, if you’re unfortunate to suffer from ADHD, they show their stigma looking at you like you’re a meth head! They probably don’t know the fact that us with this handicap of attention deficit, don’t feel the effects like most others without ADHD. There’s no euphoria associated. Only the ability to focus on the things so we can absorb information into our short/long term memory. But I guess I have to deal with this, because no pharmacies accept new people needing controlled medications."

"Sat on hold for 20minutes trying to see if our prescription was ready or not. My wife also waiting and additional 30minutes. Thats not including the 10minutes of automated questions. When I was in the store they had 4 people waiting in line and not one pharmacy employee had even looked in our direction. Love CVS in general but this place is a JOKE."

"CVS corporate really needs to check on what the heck is going on at this pharmacy. No one ever handles the phone here, they mess up refills, and they won't respond to the retail staff's calls to actually help patients. My family has been trying to fill a prescription at this location for literally a week and not a single soul has bothered to pick up at this store day in and day out. It's shameful, whoever runs the pharmacy should resign or be fired. Truly shameful"

"This CVS has been my primary pharmacy for about a year and a half. Working with this particular pharmacy, has been frustrating to say the least. But I noticed a change in the last few months, the team is stepping up to the plate, I’m see more staff during busy times, my prescriptions are being filled faster and I felt seen as a person with needs during my last few visits. No one is perfect but when efforts are made to be better it illuminates character. It’s lovely to see the team of this CVS do what it takes to care for their community."
