"Sad to give this place a low rating. I really enjoyed it the first time I was there with my son. We went to go back on Sunday, a few days ago. We set an appointment online for 330 and showed up a couple min later. To the staff refusing service because they wanted to close early.... Open sign was still on and we had a valid online appointment. So we drove across town to another haircut place and got. (Took as long to drive there as it did to get my hair cut) I walked out of that one before 4. (The closing time of this place)"
