7-Eleven

"I have worked at this location for about a year. When hired, I explained my limitations to my disability. At first they were acomodating, but recently the completely new staff began to make comments on when I had to sit down often. Further, I went to management about a few issues I had with others. Jillian had told me that I needed to take my issues to the person(s) I had the issue with. She added, were all adults here and we don't have time to babysit. Finally, as the store was getting ready for a recent audit. I had to go into the cooler to stock. Upon entering, the manager named Amber left several product skates and boxes on the floor making it difficult for me with my disability to enter. She had already left and as I was cleaning up HER mess I missteps and injure my leg. This issue was not addressed. And finally, there was an untrue rumor that began about me and a non work related issue. It's because of this I felt it necessary to leave my employment for fear of retaliation. I really loved working here and I loved our customers. Not one customer had an issue with me nor I with them. The amount of Marijuana use while working is ridiculous I from other employess. I and my family will not step foot into this 7/11franchise for any reason. The environment is less to be desired to work at."

"Live 711 rewards program! It's super simple, and comes in handy. Unfortunately, not all 711 's participate in the wards program. That gets especially annoying when you lock in a gas price online in the app, bit get to your closest 711 just to find out they either don't have gas pumps, or they don't participate in the 711 Rewards Program. They should all be required to participate in the 711 Rewards Program."

"The employee called PAUL was really rude!! My wife ask for 2 pack of cigarettes and she was given one. When he was ask why she was given one he said very rudely "I only heard one"... I told him She said 2 I'm standing right here. He told me " Don't talk to me"... some how the purchase was different on the 2 pack s.i wish I can show the bank statement. Why it was a different price for the same item???"

"I love coming here! Jack is an awesome employee, he’s always in a good mood when I come in, super helpful when I need to find something or I have a question. Keep returning just for that good attitude. Thank god for employees like him!"

"UPDATE 1 March 2022, After 20 years, this is the best crew of employees I have seen! I know, I just recently updated this review, but, I have ... for this most recent review more employee, "shout outs," so, I will just get to it: First: Thomas, I had listed him in a previous review as one of the kindest, hardest working employees, but, because (Like a few others listed here,) I wasn't going in at times that he was working, I hadn't seen him in a great while, BUT: after not going in as often as I had not seen him for a while, I removed him, because I wasn't aware he was still an active employee, but, I eventually saw him again! He is one of the few employees that I hadn't seen him, I removed him. So, First: Thomas, is a supervisor (I was told he was a lead, supervisor, etc...and I have to say, that he is truly kind, generous with his kindness, with anyone (customers,) whom walks in the door! He is also, very professional, but, extremely personable, and ALWAYS goes way out of his way to help me. 1). Amber: Amber is fairly "new," but, you would never know, as she works SO hard, is also: VERY Kind, helpful, accommodating, ... she is seriously one of the nicest, and helpful professionals I have had the pleasure of her assistance, and VERY sunny attitude/personality, that along with the fact that she ALWAYS ... no matter what she is working on (other than when she is checking out customers in line,) she ALWAYS inquires to how I am doing, and if there is anything she can help me with! She, in my humble opinion, is a FANTASTIC customer service rep, and truly appears to enjoy her work, her optimistic outlook, and her "sunny," personality, have really impressed me! Isaac, is very new, I cannot say much, as I don't know him that well, but, the few times I HAVE seen him, he too, is very hardworking and kind! I have had a lot of great service shopping at this 7/11, over nearly 20 years of living nearby, and have left many great reviews of excellent service, for the folks who have come and gone, but, I have to say: The following individuals have literally provided the best service, and been some of the kindest people I have come to appreciate (and even care for,) and I would like to take a moment to tell them, other customers, and any managers, and/or bosses they have - so that they can be aware of their STAR employees!!! The Following People have been professional, but, more than that, they have gone way out of their way to be kind, caring, helpful, friendly, and I know I could go on and on, but, none of that really tells anyone reading this review just how excellent they truly are, so here are a few examples: -Everytime I go into 7/11 Widefield Blvd I (seriously every single time,) I see Natasha, Dre, Rhonda, Terrell - either busy with an extremely long line of customers, or cleaning (I see Natasha Sweeping, mopping and cleaning furiously, and Dre, is always breaking down huge piles of trash and cleaning the outside - as well as inside, and these are tasks that they do always, I NEVER see them idly standing, chatting, or just "hanging out." - And, whenever I am in one of their very long lines, they work VERY quickly, but, they are extremely kind, asking customers that don't seem to be regulars if they can help them in other ways, and with their regulars, it feels like they can "check-in," and see how each person is, and they know, and remember their "regulars," and the details of their lives, which I know for me, is very helpful, and very nice to be treated so well. Finally, they provide a terrific, clean, safe, and VERY POSITIVE upbeat, environment, which speaks to the quality of their professionalism, but, also to their kindness. All in all, this is a terrific shop, made this way, mainly by the Staff I have listed here. Again, I know there are other staff members who do a terrific job, as well, but, these individuals are the folks I have observed and interacted with! Thanks 7/11 for gifting our neighborhood with outstanding People!!! They are terrific, and in my humble opinion great assets not only to us, but to 7/11 as well!!!"
