"I showed up on a Sunday @1:45pm fifteen minutes prior to close & the door was locked. I thought I thought I might be misinformed so I Googled the store hours and I realized I was within open time. In fact if I recall correctly there's a small sign inside of the store posted on the door with the same hours listed on Google..? I could clearly see other customers inside so I knocked on the glass door and the Security guy acknowledged me but didn't open up or help to get anyone else's attention.. I waited by the door thinking someone would eventually help me out since there was almost 20 minutes left of clock time. I had a family emergency that morning so I needed to send some money urgently otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.. Within that 15 minute window (3) other separate parties showed up and we were all wondering why they weren't helping us out. So keep in mind there's (4) different parties total at this point trying to do business well before closing time. Fast forward it's now about 2:05pm. 25 whole minutes have passed and there's a group of us customers outside upset wondering why we weren't helped or given an explanation. The staff closes up and walks right past us and didn't say why or offer any kind of explanation almost like a too bad "Goodbye" look...you're kidding..what a slap in the face...LOL Look at past reviews and let other's testimonies speak for themselves ... 0 Stars if I could.. @Envios Panchita LLC: thanks for responding. Two things you should know this wasn’t within the last three weeks it’s actually been longer than that which is besides the point. Check with your staff if you want to talk to anyone but of course they’ll probably lie about it. I travel for work and am now just sitting down to leave reviews that are needed and your small business is one of them. I don’t leave pointless reviews and if you checked you would see I left China Cafe a positive review because again it’s not about being negative it’s about doing what’s right."
