"The WORST bank ever. 4:57pm - they are already closed. On Saturday- they are open till noon only or (11:57am) Go to CHASE instead, they are open on Saturdays till 2pm. Chase never closes its door until 5 minutes or more after posted hours"

"My mother needed to notarize some legal documents and went to her local bank and was told that she didn't need an appointment by phone. When we got there today, we were told that we couldn't be helped because the bank rep had a 9 am appointment. We were there at 8:50 am. The bank rep told us that if the appointment was late or didn't show up that she would help us in a few minutes. Well, the bank rep's appointment showed up at 9:15 am and she saw them first. She told use that it would be another 30 to 45 minutes for a 10 minute notary job (i.e. just 3 pages). Terrible customer service! I would recommend another branch and not go to this particular location."
