"I was very disappointed to see self checkout stations in your store. I don't want to check myself out. If I wanted that then I would buy stuff online and not go into the store. I and I think many people want the interaction with a real person and a friendly experience. This is cold and uninviting. How sad that you don't value your customers experience enough to have employees working and interacting with them. Just another soulless experience at a chain."

"It is 8:48 pm. 12/30/2023 Google says it closes at 9PM and when i walked to the door, it was locked! And all the workers were looking at me through the glass with a smirk! 2 ladies, one of them red died hair, and the men bald and beard. Google says it closes at 9 PM! Not 8:30! Doors were already closed before that time! Not coming back to this location!"
"Absolutely no help - have no idea of what you stock... WHY do you imagine I would walk that entire building looking for the item I am searching for? Do you imagine I like to play Hide & Seek, using the strength in my legs to go about looking at all your shelves for the one [1] item I will buy? I will not be back."
