"Over all not happy. I just walked in to the citadel location and I was outcasted for my bag. I didnt think much of it at first until I saw a few women with much larger and full size purses than mine. It would be alot easier for them to steal items than myslef if I would. My bag has keychains that jingle when i walk. My bag was full of my personal items and there was literally no room in my bag for anything else to fit. Five below, if you are going to start revoking womens bags then do it for all of them. Do not just single out specific ones. Unprofessional especially telling me i need to leave my bag at the front very loud for everybody to hear. Will never shop there again. Pic for reference on how "big" my backpack is will my personal stuff stuffed inside"

"Worst five below experience I've ever had this store is dirty the employees only sweep once a week from what I hear. The store also has a no backpack policy no mini backpacks rither but they let in gigantic purses. Hello your theft is in those giant purses. Won't ever come to this location again I'll drive up north for more friendly Staff and a cleaner better stocked store."

"It was alright. The reason I give it 4 stars is cause they had a pretty large selection of stocking stuffers for my kids for Christmas but, the place was absolutely packed and they had blasting music so it wasn't the most peaceful shopping experience."

"The products at the Dollar tree down the road are more reliable than anything I've ever purchased here . Purchased a pair of sunglasses that broke not even a few hours after purchasing them . It snapped when I tried to put them on . Tried to do a redemption trip and bought some headphones with my husband for our trip and both of our headphones stopped working two days after . 5 and below lives up to the name .You pay 5 dollars and get below quality products. Save yourself the trip . It's overhyped glittery garbage ."

"I love this store. There is so much to look at and shop for. One of my favorite parts is the beauty section because I can find so much of what my family needs. I have several teenage daughters and we can find nail polish, make up, facial cleanser, brushes and sponges. I also love the seasonal section. They always have a nice variety of home decor to shop from. My gamer kid loves all of the tech lights and gadgets too. It's a definite stop if you want cute things for under $5."
