"Placed order online on Jan. 12. Found a cheaper pair of the same shoes at another store that day, and requested cancellation of my order. No response from customer service until Jan. 17, when they informed me they sent it anyway. It didn’t arrive until Jan. 19 (even though I paid for two day shipping). They sent me a return label, sent the package back, still no refund. It’s been 21 days since I requested the order be cancelled. Bad customer service, will never shop here again."

"The shorter worker is rude. If you ask her something and it requires her to get up she acts like she's doing you a favor... Lazy vibes ..The taller worker is very kind, helpful, and thorough."

"My dad is a first responder, and we went to get him pants. To be specific he is a firefighter, and he risked his life for people every day. We went it and immediately the feeling was off, but we continued to look around. Everything here is disorganized and messed up, there is no tags to tell what size pants/shirts are. So me and my dad went up and asked if we could get some help, the lady walked us over and we told her what we needed. We said 38/34 size pants in a light blue color. The lady picked up a black pair and my dad said he needed light blue or navy blue. She said nothing, and grabbed a pair of 36/34s and my dad said, that we needed 38/36 she rolled her eyes and scoffed. My dad and I walked out. We don’t get how you can work at a store for first responders and be rude to them. Bad people and bad energy."

"They may take some time to get all your things together but they do it all. The one downside they put a patch a the wrong shirt, the drive there is a bit brutal but it’s not a bad place."
