"So I have been coming to this store for the last 8 years. And tonight I had the rudest employee. I usually come here in the morning and everyone knows me. They are polite and respectful. The lady tonight was so rude, I ask for 10 Powerballs with the play and then 8 lucky for life. ( which I have never played). And I said with the play, she yelled at me and said there is no play. I let that one pass. Then I asked 3 5 dollar scratch , she yelled cash! I have never been asked that I said debit. So I tapped my card, she yelled at me like I was her 5 year old child and said I TOLD YOU. I realized tapping I can't do debit. In no way do you yell at anyone. I told her I didn't know I couldn't do debit that way. From there she had to Learn that you to speak to people how you want to be spoken to. This woman who I took a picture of owes me an apology and I will be speaking with the morning crew who knows me so well. I took her picture, i wont post it yet. But this lady owes me an apology. And from reading other post it sounds like she has done this before."

I purchased something to get change , as soon as I told her you snatched money she proceeded to cuss me out like bro you didn’t have to take it that far, I show respect to my elders but this women needs to get fired …"
