"This is a very busy gas station, but I like the employees here very much. They are polite. My truck was filled with diesel. The employee, a girl, not only printed the invoice for the diesel for me, but also helped me with the computer. I printed the parking ticket, I am very grateful to her, thank her! I hope her boss will give her a raise!"
"PSA. Truckers don't pay for parking at this TA. They will let you park absolutely anywhere but a reserved spot for free.. just park in front of the diesel pumps."
"Needed to have 1 Flat Tire changed and 1 low pressure tire inflated. Arrived at the TA, got parked, and told the front desk my company sent in a work order. They said they'll call me when ready. Waited and waited and waited and waited. I arrived at 5:30 PM. At 11pm I decided they were not going to get me in anytime soon. Reviewers said this place is SLOW as TURTLES. They are not exaggerating. It's 3:20PM the next day and I'm still waiting for a Tire Replacement. In 2 hours, I'll have been here 24 hours waiting for a simple Tire Repair! The kicker... I was told this morning they had to wait for a SPECIALIZED MECHANIC to replace the tire. How qualified do you have to be to repair a trailer tire? You want down time and relaxation, get your truck repairs done here. You'll have it. You want to run your loads on time and make money... find another repair shop that is faster. 1 extra star for the restaurants and facility. Plus, not having to pay the reserve fee. That is the best positive I can say about my experience."
"I was excited to see that they had a POPEYE'S CHICKEN inside the truckstop, but when I went to the POPEYE'S CHICKEN, I encountered some of the rudest young ladies I think I've ever met! I refused to buy chicken there. There's no room in retail business for that kind of attitude towards customers!!"
"This place is absolutely disgusting! People working here are generally nice and pleasant to speak with but truckers park all over the place, the prices are outrageous, and the place is completely un-kept. Most other places are a better option! You can't even find a place to sit thats not covered in filth!"
