"I went in with $8K worth of jewelry, I needed a pawn for an emergency or I would never consider this route. They offered me 10% of its purchase price. I declined the low offer. 2 days later I reconsidered and went back. These guys offer me $200. Are you stuck on stupid there? I've never been so insulted. I'll never go there again and neither should you."

"Ended up here accidently (was headed for a place I had spoken to earlier, a little further down Parker Road, but oopsed). Its a run of the mill pawn shop... The staff is ok, nice enough without going out of their way. The reason for the low rating, and me taking the time to write this was because they wanted an EXTRA $40, on top of the sales price, to warranty a computer for 30 days. I would have been happy to pay extra if it had been for a longer period (just paid $60 for a 2 year warrantee at Chriatmas). But seriously, NO warranty/guarantee, on electronics, or anything else, not even for a month if you don't pay extra?!? And, $40 on a $400 computer (10%!!!) is seriously pricey for 30 days of hoping it continues to work, and hoping there's not a loophole in their "warranty"! For me, thats a big NOPE. Won't be going back here for anything again."

"Tried taking sum good quality items that would easily sell and before I could get to the counter the guy said they wouldn't be interested without even looking up the sub witch sells on eBay for $300+. Employees are snobbish...but at least helped. With door on the way out.. What's the point of calling yourselves a pawn if you never buy or only buy the really expensive items I mean not even an offer....??"

"Would have been nice to get a better deal on selling a few items but overall the store was in good condition and fairly clean. I had a tough time with the door but that may have been me. Also the store could use a more defined open sign, it was hard to tell if they were open. Overall its been some time since I shopped in the store haven't entered lately. Had a bad experience at the pawn shop before this one it was polar opposite. In all I would have been more satisfied if the offer was $60 for the two roofing guns. They retail for just over two hundred for the pair."

"Gave a pretty good value for my guns when I wanted to pawn them for some extra cash. I'm not an experienced pawner, so I asked a lot of questions. I even came in after and asked more questions about paying down the principal. They said it was fine to pay more than the interest to lower the principal (and therefore lower the interest)... when I came in to actually make a payment, I was told that any time I want to lower the principal I have to pay for a background check AND fees for starting a new loan. So now I have to continue paying them higher interest while I save extra cash on my own to pay the loan off entirely. They don't care, they're making more money off me."
