"My daughter and I stop in for sodas when we pick up doughnuts from down the street. Today was no different. Since nobody else was there, we decided to enjoy our 2 doughnuts in the car in the parking lot on this nice day. As we were finishing our doughnuts, the lady, who saw us in there 10 minutes ago, came out and told us to leave. 21 year veteran - I won't be back"
"Love love love the lady from New York who works here but that guy with the turban is one of the rudest. Stays on the phone the whole time and acts as if it’s a burden even though he’s literally working in customer service. Go to the one on spruce if you can. Stay away from the one on fountain"
"These guys are selling, old, outdated, and poor quality products especially the vape pens might as well scrap them all! The customer service is better than the products though ill give them that because the lady was nice even though They will not replace, exchange or refund after purchase has been made as well and dont even give you a receipt so it looks like your crazy if you have to come back. Won't be coming back to this place and I would not recommend it."
"Used to be a good little store. They must have changed ownership. They now charge tax on cold food items... 2/$4 was almost $5... I have been there twice in the last month and they are not pleasant people working there. I came when they first opened and it was much better."
"Gotta make sure to wipe your feet before entering lol I bought a 99 cent Arizona tea & I went to pay for it and the total came out to be $1.99 I told the lady who is dressed in her pajamas that she overcharged me her response was “we are independent and we can charge what we want” so with that business mindset and attitude plus again the pajamas lol I will not be returning!"
