He was extremely thorough and very easy to talk to. I am so pleased with the customer service of this shop.... it was truly some of the best customer service I've ever had. I was so anxious about finding a bike on time and for a reasonable price, and they helped us. After visiting their shop once and comparing online prices of all of the participating retailers, we did not need to look anywhere else. The 1st person I spoke with was extremely helpful as well and got us matched with a bike. They put it together, and then Abraham took care of us when it was time to test ride and purchase.... on a sunday! He helped with finding a lock and helmet and was able to answer literally every question we had. Thank u so much! Also....These guys shouldn't be waiting for rebates for their own bikes.
