"I luv my wagon but... I recently had my bike stolen and called this location to get my serial number so that I could file a police report. Well I was told that the salesperson that sold me the bike did not enter my serial number into their system like they were supposed to. so they didn't have it, it wasn't on my receipt I didn't have it so I was unable to properly fill out a police report and prove that the bike was mine. Very disappointed."
"Huge shout out to Ted and all the people at rad power bikes for the service and help. I recently had my rad 5 rover stolen. So I went and bought a rad power bike from so Eone who didn't tell me about all the problems it had long story short Ted at in the service department got me Rollin for very low cost pretty much free. Thanks guys you will always have my business."
"Rad power bikes. E-bikes Denver Colorado. My first take of the bike I bought a Rad Wagon 4 excellent condition. Off Showroom Floor. I will be updating this as the weeks and months progressed and I can truly understand e-bike better. So far so good!!!"
"After running the gamut of experiences, examining the sales floor, individualized interaction and instructions for a realistic 15+ minute test ride--which I could have asked for another 15 minutes, but I was busy since I had to sample all their bikes! Next is the service center--which handles all your warranty issues as well as general bike component failures. There techs are incredible, my bike stopped charging after the first six months, and with my luck, I figured I would soon have to spend 50$ or more for a replacement charger. WRONG! They asked me to return woth the defective charger in hand and bingo, they swapped it with one from the back and I was on my way. RAD ebikes are an excellent entry point into the electronic mobility market!"
"2022-August. Lots of parking. I test drove their bikes when they had the pop-up location in Arvada. I don't know much about e-bikes, so one of the staff gave me e-bike 101, lol. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. You have to fill-out a waiver before test-driving a bike. For what I needed, the bike that I wanted will suffice. As for the new location in Denver, parking was easy. I went straight inside to purchase the bike I wanted. I arrived at 11:30 am on a Saturday. There were 8 people in front of me. I waited for about 30 minutes until it was my turn. The staff at the register, and another that helped try to expedite the line by looking at the inventory, to the person that help us load the boxes, were all nice. However, I noticed when I got home that the bike rack they sold me was the wrong one. She probably didn't hear me when I said I needed a bike rack NOT for an RV. But overall experience was positive as all the staff were nice eventhough they were really busy."
