"Terrible customer service here. I went there to grab some items before our dinner at Texas De Brazil. I waited in line for over 10 minutes when there was only two people in front of me which was fine but we had dinner reservations so I asked if she could hold for me for after dinner which would be less then a hour. She literally told me no! I don’t know if this is a character issue or a bad management and training issue . Either way I use to work in retail and would never handled or treated a customer this way. I won’t be back!"
