"I rarely give stores a rating of one star or below four stars on Google. Typically, I prefer to move on without leaving a review. However, there's an exceptional case with this particular store “Harar Market” due to the owner's impolite behavior and rude treatment of customers. The store caters to the East African diaspora community, it used to be okay. However, since the change in ownership, the quality of customer service has significantly deteriorated. The owner, Wondesen, consistently displays disrespect towards customers, as if he hasn't adapted to a different cultural setting. Personally, I have no intention of returning to this store, but it's important for others to be aware that there are exceptional Ethiopian-themed stores available with excellent customer service. This store stands as an outlier, plagued by poor management, even though the rest of the staff remains friendly and accommodating."

"Friendly people, clean, some native foods and items, but bought a couple candy bars and they were stale; hence, the four star. Nothing is worse than stale candy bars when you really want a candy bar!"
