"It's a tiny park with no amenities. However, it's a good place to eat your lunch before heading back to work."
"Frank Waters Park is frequented by homeless, fight clubs, high school students from across the street doing whatever they can get away with and people letting their dogs run loose. A small area of grass with a creek running alongside it that has been trashed up and used as a toilet! Not a safe place or someplace I would let my kids run around."
