"I haven’t actually stayed at the resort, but every time we’re visiting Pagosa Springs we make sure to spend a day at the hot springs here. There are numerous different temperature tubs to enjoy and our server John was impeccable on the timing of refreshing our drinks! No matter which tub we ventured to, he made sure to find us and make sure we didn’t need anything else. Wonderful experience every time! It’s a bit pricey for entrance fee, but worth every penny. You won’t regret it."

"I’m a local and I use to love this place. Unfortunately they seemed to stop trying. I called several days in a row to inquire about group discounts. I kept being referred to the “manager” Brooke in which I always got the voicemail. For some reason Brooke refuses to ever respond or call back. We decided to go anyways with our large group. The bag checker acted like he worked for the gestapo and had a bad attitude with all of our guests. They keep raising the prices as the quality seems to go down. Honestly this place isn’t worth it anymore. For the prices, you can find much better springs for much cheaper not far away. As far as Brooke, the manager goes, I would hope this establishment could find someone who actually cares about customer service and makes a point to make themselves available for inquires or at least has the basic common courtesy to call back. Super sad. I used to love this place."

"Christina Martinez checked us in and was so welcoming and pleasant, she was helpful and patient with any questions we had. The room was super clean, great location and value, she gave us amazing truffles and water. I feel so lucky to have enjoyed the stay here, 100% worth it!! Thank you so much!! Born and raised in CO, I’ve been to many hot springs. I think people can get really burned out and unfriendly but this is absolutely not the case with Christina—thank you for the great stay we will be back!"

"This is our first time staying here. Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted by Cristina Martinez. First impressions of anything hold so much power. Cristina was our first impression and it could not have been better. She was exuberantly kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond to please us and make certain we were beyond satisfied. This sweet lady is a tremendous asset to this resort. Great employees are hard to find and when you find one, you have found a treasure!"

"This was our first time visiting Pagosa Springs and this resort and I don't know how we could have possibly had a better experience. Christina Martinez greeted me by telling me the note on my reservation said I was very, very nice on the phone and that pretty much set the tone for our whole visit. She went out of her way to make me feel special and we had multiple conversations during our stay. Our room was in a perfect location adjacent to the pools and the entire property was clean and well staffed, even off season. We will absolutely be back! Thanks, Christina!"
