"Michael answered my call and we easily set an appointment date. I had several issues occur with my 29er MTB. Michael showed up and diagnosed the 3 major issues and helped me understand exactly what occurred and how we could go about fixing them. Once my parts arrived, Michael came back out and applied the dropper post fix, rear through axel & new chain. I also came out of left field with 2 new tubeless tires and a new seat. This didn’t even phase Michael, he was happy to help and did a fantastic job on the fly. Another thing I noticed was how thorough he was + he would spray / clean areas of the bike as he would apply the fix, super above and beyond. I’m extremely happy to be back up and ridding! Thanks Michael!!"
