"I was doing some riding on my Limited and stopped in High Country HD because I hadn’t been there in a few years. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Marcus, the Sales Manager and fellow Army veteran…, good stuff. He was great…, down to earth, honest and all around good guy. We spoke for about ten minutes when the General Manager, Reed came over. Turns out we know a lot of people in common, mostly people in the business. We discussed trade practices and it sounds to me like this dealership has serious plans to continue to develop a loyal customer base (I used to sell H-D’s and know some of the pitfalls). Honestly, integrity and being proud of its product go a long way, people are smart and can smell a greedy dealer a “mile” away. From the way I was treated it’s obvious that the leadership of this dealership will go out of its way to treat customers fairly and with some dignity. I’m very pleased to see this from a local HD franchise. I look forward to doing business here and eventually buy a new Harley-Davidson from Marcus and Reed."

"Once I signed the loan papers all salesman disappeared. When I went back to get shown around the bike I stood there for 75 minutes without any of the people I talked to all morning even asking me if I liked the bike. After 75 minutes with NO communications form anyone @ High Country I got on my bike & went to sun Harley which treated with respect & they answered every ? I had along with info that was important to owning the Trike immediately after arriving."
