"I walked into AF in Jul 2023 just to 'see what it was all about' and met Cam & Alicia. They were so friendly, professional & helpful..did I mention welcoming? Cam explained their services to me and I decided on the spot to engage Alicia for personal training. I was so out of shape and overweight, and Alicia tailored a perfect program for me. So, along with the wonderful, supportive and positive workouts she gave me, the use of the red light therapy, and using the supplements Cam suggested and the prepared meals (which are wonderful!) I've managed to get into the best shape I think I have ever been in, loosing 'oodles' of weight, in about 4 months! I couldn't have done it without them! A couple of times during my training, I managed to strain myself and Alicia then worked out different exercises to work around those and took the time to make sure I was being supported and still get a great workout!
