"Last straw here, I've dealt with prescription delays, random closures, and extremely long waits for over a year and kept returning because it's close to my house even though its 50/50 mission failure. Today I made a specific vaccine appointment and when I showed up, they said they'd ran out of the vaccine this morning. They had all the information when I made that appointment and both allowed the appointment and didn't call to cancel. The pharmacist just said 'we've been kinda busy.' I know they have staffing shortages, but it's time to staff up, or close and use this real estate for a business that can operate effectively."

"Do not fill a prescription at this location. The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I went in to fill a prescription for three medication. The first employee I talked to let me know that one of my medications was a rejected by insurance and told her that was fine I would pay out of pocket. She told me it would cost me about $38. She then stated that that medication wasn’t ready yet and it would take about 25-30 minutes. I was like great I will come back then. She asked it if I wanted to pick up the other two medications and I stated I would just pick up all three when I came back in. 30 minutes later I came back in to pick them up and when I was rang up the price was only $8. I asked the employee if that included all three and then told me that they only had two medications available and the third one wasn’t. I was confused because when I was in 30 minutes earlier they said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. At this point the first employee I was dealing with came over and got really rude with me and told me she never told me they had it available and seemed to want to make a point that she was right and I was wrong. They stated I could have my prescription transferred to another pharmacy that pharmacy would just have to call over and they would transfer it. I drove down to the king soopers at 17th and Sheridan and they had the medication available. They said they would call over and have the prescription transferred over. This was about noon and they told me that the prescription should be ready at about 2pm. Having not heard anything from kings soopers I went back in around 6:30pm. They told me that they had been trying to call the Walgreens pharmacy all day and just get put on hold. They tried again to call over. They were put on hold for 20 minutes while I was there until someone came on right at 7 and just told them the pharmacy was closed and hung up on them. Corporate Walgreens really needs to look into this location. The staff was terribly rude. They would answer their phone to be able to do a simple prescription transfer. On top of all that when I was leaving some guy got really aggressive in the parking lot by lot with me trying to give me “free” stolen iPhones. I really hope someone steps in and fixes this location."

"If the pharmacy answers the phone, they immediately hang up period If they don't hang up on you, they just let it ring for hours period They can't fill a prescription within less than 72 hours period I broke my insulin pin. And needed to replace it. And there's no way for me to do so period Every time I go to philip prescription , it takes me a minimum of ninety minutes to fight the a I the phone trees trying to get somebody to answer the phoperiod. Your a I doesn't work"

"Terrible store. My service dog was physically assaulted by transgender employee and I verbally assaulted for trying to tell this person to leave my dog alone. Instead of addressing the issue, my last review was deleted. Will leave one review a day due to this. Ok...Walgreens, in the hood: sucks, expected. No problem. Harm a dog? And defend the person assaulting the dog? I am utterly lost as to why? Local ADA report filed against this employee and location. Y'all should be ashamed."

"Call to ask if they had a medication so I can switch over. I had called 3 other pharmacy’s (2 were Walgreens) and they were able to tell me so I know the technician was lying or didn’t know her job. Either get another technician or just say you don’t want to do your job. It’s clearly allowed when 3 other pharmacies were able to tell me."
