"I called ahead to make sure that they could re-tip a pool cue for me. They assured me they could, and I drove down from Boulder. When I got there, the man working the counter told me there was no one there who could do it, and that I could leave it if I wanted. I asked him how long it would be until it was done and he shrugged and said "I have no idea". I didn't leave it (obviously) and I won't ever be back."

"Great selection. If they don't have it in stock, they will order it for you. You can also order online and have it shipped to store for no shipping costs. The Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If one person doesn't have the answers you need, most likely someone else in there will. Thus far all of my experiences in this store have been good."

"Awful place. I went in wanting to spend 100 bucks and knowing what I wanted. I stood there waiting to get into a case for 20+ minutes while 4 employees argued about what kind of lunch to have loudly. I looked a couple directly in the eyes without any acknowledgement that I was there. Once someone finally acknowledeged me he gave me the wrong parts and walked away. Thank god for smart phones. Worst customer service I have ever seen."
