From the greeting as we entered the store, to the knowledgeable staff, to the friendly customer interaction. The crew answered all my questions and provided a great test riding experience. I will be purchasing from them soon. A week later, I brought the girlfriends bike in for service. Not only did Cycle Erie start working on it within a week, but communication from the tech was great too. He explained what was done to have the bike properly shifting, what could be improved if we wanted to upgrade, and provided the costs and time frame.
