"I ordered thru Drizly, and waited for the delivery today, February 10, 2024. Hours past the delivery window, I called several times over a two hour span to see if I can pick it up. As no one answered. A great counter person put me on hold for the manager, for nearly 20 minutes where he told me my order was packed and I could pick up. I drove 20 minutes there, and asked about my order for pickup. After waiting for the manager to be available (about 20 another minutes) he produced the purchase and said he wanted $150 more, claiming he doesn’t set prices. He laughed, and he didn’t care. He said “oh well, I’ll cancel your order in the back on my computer, I don’t have it”. That is odd considering Drizly said the order was packaged, and ready for delivery and this dude is pulling products from the shelf… After standing there while the “manager” engaged other conversations and clearly did not care, he told me he’d go in the back and cancel my order. He disappeared and didn’t talk to me after. As a regional manager of a multi-billion dollar business, I did not engage any further. Your useless manager (that’s as nice as I can put his demeanor) is there because of useless ownership. This is my opinion and my experience."

"Piss poor service, as well as pathetic excuse for management. The gentleman that initially answered the phone for my neglected delivery order is frankly the only reason to leave a kind review. The manager he handed the phone over to because my delayed order, admittedly, sounded like he smokes fentanyl for a pass time."
