"I called this morning because my toddler has a croup cough and needs medicine to help with wheezing. Instead of filling the prescription they accidentally sent it to a pharmacy out of state. Thankfully, I called to check on the status before driving over there with twin toddlers loaded up in the car. No apology given, just told me it will be ready in an hour. Called back an hour later and they said wait one more hour. Needs better customer service and to say sorry when they mess up. It’s not fun to have to make 5 phone calls to get a medicine when your kid is sick. We used to do the king Soopers pharmacy, but our insurance stopped taking them unfortunately."
