"RUN from this company, and I mean RUN!! Before you are met with extreme customer service disappointment!! Product went defective within days. They told me I have to reach out to the manufacturer for an exchange. Manufacturer never responded, after several attempts. The Feed told me they would "have my back" if the manufacturer did not respond. Now The Feed has gone dark as well! TERRIBLE customer service, should have read the reviews before ordering. 3.2 star average says it all!!"

I asked if I could come pick it up from their warehouse and they said yes! They were super responsive and had my order ready in less than half an hour. What a stellar team!"

"They have a 1 month expiration date policy, so I received a large order of gels with 6 weeks left before their expiration date. The Feed would only offer to refund me if I shipped these basically expired gels back to them."

After learning that the discount offered wasn't what it appeared to be, I have requested to unsubscribe (at least 5 times) and have my account removed. I continue to get marketing SPAM emails and texts. Please figure out your internal customer management system."
