"Came here for a new suit because I had some big changes after a necessary surgery. The gal that worked there, the regional manager, was so helpful!!!. She brought me several suits and make great recommendations. It’s so nice to be able to go into a store and try on suits! I bought two!"

"Purchased black bottoms that turned grey immediately. Got credit but really just want black bottoms which sadly I can’t buy at their store. Never had a suit do this before. Won’t even spend my credit there."

"I went in today and wondered if I’d have the same experience as I’d had all the other times in the store and it was no different! The girl working there didn’t even look at me or acknowledge I was in the store. I was in between sizes so I had to grab quite a few different hangers to try and with my hands full I had to walk up to the counter and ask her for a fitting room. She said ok and then took them to the room, still not looking at me or talking to me. I tried on the suits and none of them fit so I left. Every other time I’ve been in this store it’s the same poor customer service experience. Kind of disappointing since it’s one of the few dedicated swim suit stores we have."

"Sarah is very helpful. I love that this store has helpful employees that know what products they have in stock. She helped recommend bathing suites to fit my body type. 4 stars because I cannot get the bathing suites to last more than 1 season even with their shampoo and conditioner. They seem to dry rot. The store is small but absolutely chock full of beautiful selection in every color."

"Wanted to love this store, but I received good service only half the time and had an awful experience with their products. I found a really beautiful suit here, and after wearing it twice (once in the ocean and once in a pool) the bottoms lost all their color! The odd thing was that the top and reverse side both kept their color. What awful quality! Update: I contacted customer service after seeing this response. They referred me to different teams. When I finally found a customer care team specifically, they said it was outside their window, even though I'd brought the suit back to the stores in person inside the window and saw this response later. This is very silly that they can visually see the issue clearly and still won't stand behind their product. I don't think I'll shop here again."
