"I am so happy with Lowe's. I had a plumber come and tell me that I needed a new hot water heater. Doing my research I found that Lowe's had a installation program. The price was about $500 cheaper than the plumber quote. I picked them and the process was so easy! They called right away set up the appointment for the next day. Marion from Euro Plumbing came on time reviewed my problem and determined it wasn't the water heater, it was something much smaller and saved me over 2k. He handled everything through Lowe's and they didn't bat an eye, in fact, they were happy they could save me money. The phone agents were friendly and helpful. I am happy to share my good experience."
"Purchased some plumbing supplies for my bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, the insurance claims and the labor issues took the project longer than 90 days. Although I have the receipts Lowe’s won’t do the returns. Lowe’s customer satisfaction guarantee is definitely not there anymore. Military discount also changed in the recent year. So unfortunately."
"My family is usually able to satisfy our home repair and maintenance needs at Lowe's while taking advantage of the veteran discount. It was a little difficult to find what we were looking for on this visit because the store had rearranged the location of some of the items. Also, the items we did purchase have increased in price from our past experience. We like it better than Home Depot."
"It's a huge store, very clean and well stocked. When I've needed help, there seems to be enough staff. However, the last couple of times that I needed help finding and had questions about something, the persons helping me initially pointed to the more expensive option. Upon closer inspection, not necessarily the better quality or better performing item. Were they trying to take advantage of the fact that I'm a woman? I won't be sexist and say that this is so. Maybe they try this with everyone. Caveat emptor!"
