SOM Footwear

"Amazing company making some really cool barefoot shoes. The trail head is my current pair and they are like a wide converse but more breathable and water resistant. LOVE them. Customer service is really great especially Nathalia!! name drop. I prefer the the traditional tongue and lace system. Just make sure you pay attention to the shoes geared to gym use and running because some of the models have a gusseted tongue. Personally, I can only have find two cons regarding SOM. 1)no leather from a cow options, sorry but I hate polyester and especially for shoes! Some people love it, but to me vegan leather is leather made from a vegan cow not the devils fabric that Nike is obsessed with. 2) they will only resole the shoe once. I was unaware of this until very recently and that's a huge bummer. I hope in the future they can develop a welted sneaker that is capable of being rebuilt. I will definitely be a returning customer and snag another pair when mine are due for a resole (the only resole) What makes Sense of Motion better than 98% of shoe companies out there is easy. The shoes are made in this country USA. They employ Americans and have American customer service. To me that makes the price of the shoes CHEAP. Thank you SOM for producing a great product in this country and keep up the great work!"
