When they fix something, they'll actually explain to you what went wrong and how to do it yourself if you're so inclined. Van is knowledgeable and skilled, and had my bike turned around in 2 days, despite running into complications mid-repair. Prices are not the lowest in town, so I would take off a star for that, but the quality of service and friendly staff make up for it. Great local business that I am proud to support!"
