"Been with them over 10 years and have never had one issue with delivery with the customer service with anything. This is an excellent place to get natural water with no additives and no filtration issues. Unlike all of the cities that can’t get the water filtrated correctly. Thank you all for all that you do!"

"The only reason I'm not giving this a one star review is because an employee named Rosa has been extremely helpful over the course of a few months now. She has repeatedly explained things clearly and has been very patient and kind. I am, however, not a huge fan of Eldorado. I used to love this company and the idea of a water delivery service, as these jugs are not fun to carry in / out of stores, but the billing process is unclear and unpredictable. I also don't think the process of picking up and documenting the empty bottles is accurate or efficient and this led to them stating I had almost 20 bottles in my possession (that they were going to bill me $8 a piece for) when in actuality I only had about half of that. I'm also not a fan of being charged a "rental fee" for a porcelain stand. I've been a customer for almost 10 years, paying a MONTHLY rental fee for that amount of time for something that maybe costs $40 at the store seems criminal. I hope Eldorado can continue working on their process, as most of the reviews here are only negative due to lack of customer service and incredibly strange billing procedures. Water delivery seems like it should be quite simple?"

"Great water, customer service is terrible with this company. Can't even get the 1st order correct. They charge $25 per bottle deposit on the glass bottles. Then they deliver in plastic."
