"Terrible service, horrible food, my sister can’t have onions and it was still put on her sandwich, the food looked slapped together and uncooked, most of things that are supposed to be in the sandwich isn’t, the worker Martin was horrible at his job rude service and couldn’t help us or remake our food, no refund. All around horrible service."

"1/14/2024 order 51 I just ordered $165 worth of pizza and pizza bread from this location. Our extra large extravaganza was smashed and just overall not what I paid for. The GM was more worried about new orders coming in than taking care of the orders that went out and delivered. The GM is requiring us to bring the pizza back and exchange it. The delivery driver saw the pizza and knew it was fubar’ed. The GM was absolutely no help and didn’t care making it right the right way. I will never order from this location again. The GM kept saying we are too busy and backed up just bring it back. I even tipped the delivery driver $40 cash. This honestly is the worst experience I have endured. Regards Jay order 51"

"Have made the mistake of ordering here more than a few times and at best; a friendly team member will give you your pizza, but a slice or two may not have cheese or sauce on it. Or one slice is a super dry and crusty bubble. Worst case: you’ll wait HOURS and deal with snarky customer service and receive the most heinous “pizza”, you’ve ever seen. Former employee of a couple different locations in two states and I wish they’d let me make my own pizza. It’s so easy to make a decent Dominos pizza, but you won’t get one here."

"Horrible. Everything that could have gone wrong did. Ordered on October 28, 2023 1. App said 35-45 minutes, it took 2.5 to 3 hours 2. Food was cold upon arrival 3. Pizza was missing a topping and the pasta had no sauce. Pasta was not edible. We were house-sitting in the area, live an hour away and therefore could not accept a coupon for this location to resolve the issue. The guy that answered the phone was rude and hung up on me when I told him this and that I had no other choice but to escalate the problem to corporate. We can understand the longer wait time due to it being Saturday night with a mild snow storm. The store still seemed ill equipped to handle a large volume of orders and employees seem to need some customer service training. The order being wrong and/or just seemingly thrown together baffles me, as they took nearly 3 hours to get it to us with the excuse of only having one driver. We paid a delivery fee of $6.50 and a $5 tip for food to be delivered cold. I intend to escalate this further if no resolution is found soon."

"I just received not only a terrible pizza from this location, but also got terrible customer service when I called in to speak to the manager. I did not yell, I merely said I got a terrible pizza. He then said he could refund my money and when I asked if it was worth having another pizza sent to me since this one is awful, he rudely threw the question back in my face. My order was for a large three topping. Light cheese, EXTRA sauce, sausage, and extra beef. As you can see from the pictures below, there's almost half the pizza with ZERO toppings at all on it. I will not be purchasing any more food from this location."
