"I took my bike to this shop to change the chainring and cassette. However, the technician installed the smallest chainring on the wrong side, leaving a gap between the bigger chainring. This caused my chain to get stuck and damage the brand new chainring when I tried to ride the bicycle. They fixed it, but the chainring is now scratched and looks damaged. It's clear they don't know how to install the chainring correctly, and they didn't offer any refund or replacement for the damaged part. These guys lack the expertise needed for this job."
